CompTIA A+ Certification

CompTIA A+® certification proves one has a broad base of knowledge and competency in core hardware and operating system technologies including installation, configuration, diagnosing, preventive maintenance and basic networking.

CompTIA A+ certification is an international industry credential that validates the knowledge of computer service technicians with the equivalent of 500 hours of hands-on experience. Major hardware and software vendors, distributors and resellers accept CompTIA A+ as the standard in foundation-level, vendor-neutral certification for service technicians. The skills and knowledge measured by the CompTIA A+ exams were derived from an industry-wide and worldwide job task analysis.

CompTIA A+ Certification and passing the A+ Certification Exam 

The CompTIA A+ Certification exam consists of two exams - You become A+ certifiied. A+ certification is a solid criteria that employers look for and is the industry standard for entry-level computer technicians.

CompTIA A+ Essentials measures the necessary competencies of an entry-level IT professional with a recommended 500 hours of hands-on experience in the lab or field. It tests for technical understanding of computer technology, networking and security, as well as the communication skills and professionalism now required of all entry-level IT professionals.

CompTIA A+ Practical Application is an extension of the knowledge and skills identified in CompTIA A+ Essentials, with more of a "hands-on" orientation focused on scenarios in which troubleshooting and tools must be applied to resolve problems.

Passing the A+ certification test proves that you have a broad base of knowledge and competency in core hardware and operating system technologies including installation, configuration, diagnosing, preventive maintenance and basic networking.

The CompTIA A+ certification targets entry-level IT professionals that have job responsibilities including: computer networking, troubleshooting, or functioning as a PC technician. To date, over 500,000 people have become certified in CompTIA A+.

Having an A+ certification proves that you have a broad base of knowledge and competency in core hardware and operating system technologies including installation, configuration, diagnosing, preventive maintenance and basic networking.

This A+ Certification requires you to pass two A+ Certification Exams 220-301 and 220-302. We offer a variety of opportunities to complete your A+ Certification Training and pass the A+ Certification exam. These courses cover the current CompTIA A+ Exam Objectives.
